What you share and why

Operator applications include your contact details, business, location, fleet range and interests. Moving inquiries include your contact details, city or postcode, intended destination, move timing and needs. We use these details to respond and assess how we may help. Please do not include payment information, identity documents or full private addresses.

Who handles your inquiry

Trailblazer’s team handles operator applications and moving inquiries. Webflow hosts this website and stores form submissions. During this temporary Webflow Starter launch, notification emails containing your inquiry details go to the responsible team member’s approved notification inbox. You can contact the team at partners@heytrailblazer.com about operator participation or hello@heytrailblazer.com about a move or privacy request. Authorized team members may use both the saved form record and email copy to respond. An inquiry does not create a booking, accept an operator or automatically share your details with an independent operator.

Spam protection and email choices

Webflow’s spam filtering and Cloudflare Turnstile help prevent automated abuse. These providers may process technical information about your browser and network for security. See Webflow’s privacy information and Cloudflare’s privacy information. Optional marketing permission is unchecked by default. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list.

Retention and your requests

We delete inactive inquiries after 12 months without meaningful activity. We retain information needed for an ongoing conversation or relationship, or where a legal obligation requires it. This policy covers saved submissions and inquiry email copies; deletion is managed by our team rather than promised as an automated process. Existing unrelated business records are not deleted by this website.

To request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry details, contact hello@heytrailblazer.com. Include the email address and approximate date used for your inquiry; do not email sensitive identity documents.
